When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  2. To provide our Users with customer assistance and technical support;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  


How do you communicate with your site visitors?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

1- SMS Consent Communication:


The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.


2- Types of SMS Communications:


If you have consented to receive text messages from Texas Urban Property Management, you may receive messages related to the following:


  • Appointment reminders

  • Weather emergencies

  • Follow-up messages

  • Billing inquiries

  • Renewals

  • Promotions or offers (if applicable)


Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming lease renewal on [Date]. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Texas Urban Property Management at any time."

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to your appointments/billing, etc., while an emergency weather situation may require more frequent communication.

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Texas Urban Property Management in the following ways

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at https://www.texasurbanpm.com/contact or via your online portal.


Additional Options:


If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
